Giorgia Zanellato is a very young artist from Venice, born in 1987, which is already present on the international scene. After having graduated at the IUAV of Venice, she completed her education in 2011 with a Master in Product Design, which was organized by the ECAL of Lausanne. She concluded her Swiss experience with the project “Narciso”, which made she famous. In 2011 she entered the team Fabrica, research centre of the group Benetton, where she still works, in addition to her work as freelance designer. Her projects are made with great attention and care of details for the objects of daily use, which this young artists reinterprets and ennobles with her design. Many are her participations to international events, such as the Salone del Mobile, l’Art Miami Basel, Maison et Objet, the Biennale of Venice and the London Design Festival.
